The power seems to last even longer than the original battery that came with the vac- perhaps because technology has advanced in a few years, or... who knows?The only downside (so far; I've only had it for a couple months) is that it doesn't fit as tightly, snug, well, or "completely" as the original. So far that hasn't been a problem, but I worry that down the road - if it shifts in the way it sits - it won't fit in the charger, hanging on the wall, like it does now.
